This post documents my experience with a Panda Run delivery on April 13, 2025. That morning, I started delivering around 10 a.m. After completing the lunch-time bonus run a little past 1 p.m., I took a break, logged off, and had lunch. At the time, I thought my break had ended, but I saw the system continuously assigning orders and then immediately canceling them\u2014I was really taken aback.<\/p>\n
At the time, I counted 16 notifications; I had originally completed only 36 orders in two weeks. Based on the numbers shown on the cycle screen, if I add the 17 orders I received to the 36, the order acceptance rate is (53\u201317)\/53 = 67%. This is the calculation record for that specific account and time period; it is not a fixed threshold applicable to all delivery riders. The platform interface, statistical periods, task conditions, and account settings may all vary.<\/p>\n
That time, I also used 85% as my target for the calculation and found that I would need to complete another 61 orders to make up the difference. It was already close to 3:00 p.m., and it was the mid-month pay period\u2014there was absolutely no way I could make up the numbers by cranking out orders at that point. Later, the breakdown I received didn\u2019t quite match the order acceptance rate I\u2019d calculated myself, so I kept all the notifications, order details, customer service chats, and pay stubs on file.<\/p>\n
My two-day earnings records were 2,255 yuan on April 6 and 962 yuan on April 13, for a total of 3,217 yuan; I am very dissatisfied with the deductions listed on the statement for that period. This is based on my own accounting experience; it does not mean that the same trip bonuses, deductions, or account-related consequences still apply today, nor should it be used to infer others\u2019 compensation.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019re confused about the order acceptance rate, tasks, or settlement details, the most practical approach is to first take screenshots of the current campaign page, each order, any rejection or cancellation notifications, and the settlement breakdown, and then follow the app\u2019s support process to ask for clarification.
