The event took place on April 13, 2025<\/span><\/p>\n

In the morning, I started to run the Panda at about 10:00 a.m., and ran until 1:00 a.m. when the lunchtime prize was achieved, and then I took a break to go down to eat.<\/span><\/p>\n

But when I was ready to go online after my two o'clock break.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cell phone notification popped up with a whole ticket saying, \"You have a new order notification.\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Oh, my God. Are pandas that unreasonable? Pulling me up in the middle of my meal?<\/span><\/p>\n

What did I do to you when I took a break for lunch for an hour?<\/span><\/p>\n

And then they try to shove the list at me and then automatically take it all away!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

This is simply an intentional deduction of my order rate, in an attempt to deduct my salary!<\/span><\/p>\n

Oh my god, I counted 16 of them, and my take rate is always 100% This time, only one of them was really rejected by me.<\/span><\/p>\n

I've only run 36 units in two weeks combined, and according to his rules 36+17 is a total of 53 units received.<\/span><\/p>\n

After rejecting 17 orders, the final order rate is (53-17 )\/53=67%<\/span><\/p>\n

If I'm going to run 85% to get a single rate.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So I'm gonna have to run 61 more orders to get rid of this stupid 17, or at least get the pickup rate back up to 851 TP3T.<\/span><\/p>\n

But it's already 3:00 p.m., so it's best to get to 61 orders in just 9 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

9\/61 = 6.7. I'm running over six kilos an hour.<\/span><\/p>\n

I can't eat, drink or rest.<\/span><\/p>\n

And April 13th is the half-monthly settlement date.<\/span><\/p>\n

So there's no tomorrow to give me a chance to make up the 61 orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is rumored that Panda's failure to achieve 85% will result in a deduction of 40% from their paycheck.<\/span><\/p>\n

And this week's money (including last week's) will be deducted.<\/span><\/p>\n

I ran $2,255 on April 6th and $962 on April 13th for a total income of $3,217<\/span><\/p>\n

With 40% deducted, I'm left with $1,930, which means I've wasted April 13th and have to deduct last week's money.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course I am not happy about this situation...<\/span><\/p>\n

Why are you docking my paycheck for a problem with your family's system?<\/span><\/p>\n

I always choose to take my breaks \"until the end of the period\".<\/span><\/p>\n

The online choices are all linked together, so if you're planning to start at 10:00 and go to 11:00, you'll be able to get a good deal on your own.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just pull the schedules together, and the intervals should be no more than 30 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theoretically, I take a break until 11:00 at night.<\/span><\/p>\n

I've already spoken to customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n

These 16 orders are automatically uploaded, distributed and withdrawn by the system.<\/span><\/p>\n

But that's the level of customer service at Panda.<\/span><\/p>\n

They're all shrugging off the fact that I didn't take a break, and then they're coming up with all kinds of canned messages.<\/span><\/p>\n

I was asked to provide cell phone version information and Panda ordering information.<\/span><\/p>\n

And then blame me for not seeing the notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Said it was my cell phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

But I eat with my cell phone, and he didn't skip a beat the whole time, so what am I supposed to do?<\/span><\/p>\n

Panda's customer service, as usual, shirks its responsibility and delays its response.<\/span><\/p>\n

It's for 40% only.<\/span><\/p>\n

1320\/36=35.4<\/span><\/p>\n

And then the customer service who took over after that was all kinds of stalling.<\/span><\/p>\n

I can't give you the details.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even the fetch order rate is ????<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you tell me how the Panda system can auto-correct to 84% when I calculated 67% above?<\/span><\/p>\n

If you deduct the 16 system failures, then I'd have a 35\/36 pickup rate, which would be 97%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Does 84% mean that the customer service can write down the\u645f at any rate?<\/span><\/p>\n

He's going to blame me for this, isn't he?<\/span><\/p>\n

It's a direct and illegal deduction of the delivery man's hard-earned money.<\/span><\/p>\n

Total loss of $1,762<\/span><\/p>\n

I'm just gonna leave this here for the record.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technically, Panda has committed forgery.<\/span>sins<\/span>And embezzlement.<\/span><\/p>\n

But what's the thing about pandas? They're not afraid to get sued.<\/span><\/p>

Having a specialized department to deal with legal issues, procrastinating as much as possible and making things as complicated as possible<\/span><\/p>

There are over 2,000 cases that are dragging on.<\/span><\/p>

I'm sure the Taiwanese are too nice to get themselves in trouble for a few hundred or a few thousand dollars.<\/span><\/p>

After a few years, the plaintiffs themselves will be abandoned.<\/span><\/p>

Customer service and employees can't be sued for misappropriation even if they falsify documents.<\/span><\/font><\/p>

You can only sue the company.<\/span><\/font><\/p>
