Le communiqu\u00e9 de presse de la cour a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 14 mai 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u4f9d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicial.gov.tw\/tw\/cp-1888-1323622-fb12c-1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Communiqu\u00e9 de presse du Conseil de la magistrature<\/a>Le 16 janvier 2023, le Bureau du travail de la ville de Tainan a inflig\u00e9 une amende de 30 000 NT$ \u00e0 Fu Pangda pour avoir enfreint les dispositions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019assurance pr\u00e9vues par le r\u00e8glement municipal ; Le jugement n\u00b0 136 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 112 de la chambre des litiges administratifs locaux de la Cour administrative sup\u00e9rieure de Kaohsiung, rendu en premi\u00e8re instance, a annul\u00e9 la sanction initiale et la d\u00e9cision rendue en appel administratif. Apr\u00e8s que le Bureau du travail eut interjet\u00e9 appel, le jugement n\u00b0 34 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 113 a rejet\u00e9 cet appel, et l\u2019affaire n\u2019est plus susceptible de recours.<\/p>\n<p>Les motifs invoqu\u00e9s par le tribunal, qui portent sur la comp\u00e9tence l\u00e9gislative en mati\u00e8re d'autonomie locale, la r\u00e9serve de loi et le principe de proportionnalit\u00e9, ne signifient pas que toutes les plateformes de livraison sont exon\u00e9r\u00e9es de toute obligation, quel que soit le moment, la r\u00e9gion ou le type d'assurance.
