Auparavant, ce qui les inqui\u00e9tait le plus, c\u2019\u00e9tait de voir leur compte suspendu sans raison, sans m\u00eame obtenir d\u2019explication. Certains se retrouvaient soudainement injoignables alors qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient en cours de livraison, d\u2019autres voyaient leurs r\u00e9clamations tra\u00eener pendant plusieurs semaines sans aucune r\u00e9ponse, ce qui entra\u00eenait une interruption totale de leurs revenus pendant cette p\u00e9riode. Qu\u2019entend-on par \u00ab motif concret \u00bb ? Une plainte d\u2019un consommateur est-elle prise en compte ? Une note trop basse attribu\u00e9e par l\u2019algorithme est-elle prise en compte ? Une anomalie d\u00e9tect\u00e9e par l\u2019IA de la plateforme elle-m\u00eame est-elle prise en compte ? Si ces d\u00e9tails ne sont pas clairement pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s dans les dispositions d\u2019accompagnement, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 protectrice de la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation sera limit\u00e9e.
