Uber eats bonus + salary description

Many people still don’t quite understand how Uber Eats delivery earnings are calculated. In this post, I’ll use my own experience to explain the earnings structure of Uber Eats.

How is income calculated?

Uber Eats' revenue is primarily divided into two parts:

  • Travel expenses:For each completed trip, the system calculates a base fare based on distance and time of day.
  • Prizes:If you meet certain criteria each week or each month, you can receive additional rewards.

2026 Bonus Structure:Based on recent observations, bonuses are tiered according to the cumulative number of trips for the week, with additional bonuses during peak hours:

  • First 30 trips per week: 10 yuan extra per trip
  • Trips 31–60: An additional 15 yuan per trip
  • 61st trip and beyond: an additional 20 yuan per trip
  • Rush Hour: An additional 15 yuan per trip

How much can you earn in a month:If you work part-time—20 to 25 hours a week—you can earn about 20,000 to 28,000 yuan a month. If you work full-time—more than 40 hours a week—you can earn 50,000 to 60,000 yuan.

An important suggestion:Don't just focus on the per-trip fee and overlook the bonuses. Sometimes, making a few extra trips to reach the bonus threshold is actually more profitable than constantly chasing trips with higher per-trip fees.
