What if I don't have a citizen's license or have a criminal record on it?
Whether a police criminal record certificate can be issued and whether a platform approves an account are separate matters; not every record disappears automatically after five years. Apply under the National Police Agency’s rules first, then rely on the platform’s formal review result.

foodpanda’s current public rules require a police criminal record certificate applied for within the past six months. What kind of card do I need to pay back my 581 Cash Single?

Why don't I make $200 an hour?
Delivery income does not come with a guaranteed fixed hourly wage. Current law protects the base pay for each order: when calculated over the delivery-service period, it must not be lower than 1.25 times the hourly minimum wage, and each order must pay at least NT$45. Bonuses and personal net income must be calculated separately.

Who pays for gas, tickets, and motorcycle maintenance?

What happens if uber eats cash order charges too much and wallet becomes negative?
First check your balance in Uber Wallet. If it is negative, use the Wallet’s “Pay” process to settle the outstanding cash balance. Uber states that cash orders restart automatically about 15 minutes after the balance is fully paid; it does not publish a universal NT$3,000 threshold.

What happens when you run a negative Panda wallet?
foodpanda cash orders are recorded in the Wallet. At the end of each online session, remit the collected cash to the platform’s dedicated account. Failure to remit it temporarily suspends order taking; service resumes in the next session after the full amount is remitted and confirmed by the system. If the Wallet has not updated after 30 minutes, contact Wallet support.

What's a sandwich?
A stacked order is multiple deliveries offered by the App in one trip. The number and type depend on the product and the current screen. Follow the order shown in the App and first confirm that your insulated box has enough capacity; do not state that 3, 5, or 7 orders are a universal limit.

What should I do if I can't find the store or customer at the address?
For an Uber “Leave at door” order, follow the instructions, leave it, and take a photo. For other deliveries, first contact the customer in the App, start the timer, and after it ends follow the App’s instructions to mark the delivery as undeliverable. For foodpanda, use support in the order App to complete the standard contact process. Do not eat the food or leave it wherever you choose.

How long does a delivery go without a run before you're suspended?
No public official information supports the claim that “both platforms suspend accounts after 14 days without deliveries.” Whether an account can go online depends on its documents, account status, and formal notices.
