What Is a Certificate of Good Conduct:The official name for the Certificate of Good Conduct is the “Police Criminal Record Certificate,” which serves as proof that you have no criminal record. When applying to be a food delivery driver, some platforms require applicants to submit this document.
How to Apply
Option 1: Go to the police station in person.Bring your ID card and a photocopy of it, and go directly to the Foreign Affairs Division of the police bureau in your county or city (for foreigners or residents of mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) or to the local police station responsible for household registration (for local residents) to apply. You can receive it on the spot, and there is generally no fee.
Option 2: Apply online.You can also use the online application system provided by the National Police Agency under the Ministry of the Interior, but this requires an additional verification step, and you’ll need to wait for the documents to be delivered by courier.
