Hard-to-find addresses aren’t limited to specific administrative districts; alleys, community entrances, parking restrictions, and signal obstructions can all cause the GPS location to differ from the actual street address. Don’t label individual communities or neighborhoods as “landmines,” and don’t publicly share customers’ addresses as examples.
As you approach your destination, first compare the address displayed in the app, the authorized parking locations, and the street address on-site. If there is a discrepancy, contact the passenger or customer service through the app to confirm, and keep a record of the time and message. When navigating, park safely first; do not switch between navigation apps repeatedly while driving.
