A large total amount displayed on the platform does not necessarily mean that the base compensation target has been met. Each incentive has its own eligibility requirements, so when verifying the minimum guarantee under the relevant law, you should first separate them from the "Single-Transaction Base Compensation" field.
What does the government say?
The Ministry of Labor clarified that when platforms verify whether each basic payment meets the statutory minimum amount, they must not include bonuses in the calculation. Order details should also clearly distinguish between basic payments and bonuses, allowing delivery riders to assess the terms before accepting an order.
The ledger is divided into three columns
We recommend recording each individual base payment, current-period activity bonus, and any subsequent adjustment. Since the first two may be credited at different times, reviewing only the total payment for half a month won’t allow you to identify which specific order requires an adjustment.

Use the order number to inquire with the platform about how basic compensation and bonuses are calculated on a transaction-by-transaction basis, and keep records of the campaign terms, actual settlement screenshots, and customer service responses. Do not treat the advertised “average hourly wage” as a guaranteed income for every individual.
