If your account suddenly becomes unable to accept orders, first save the original text of the platform’s notification. If the suspension notice only provides a vague conclusion, it’s difficult for delivery riders to know which specific date or action to address in their explanation.
What Should a Notice Include?
The Ministry of Labor has outlined six key elements: the gist of the facts, the time period during which the incident occurred, the details of the investigation, evidence available for self-review, the effective date, and the channels and time limits for filing complaints. When the privacy of third parties is involved, personal data protection must still be taken into account.
Let's start by organizing the timeline.
Organize the notification receipt time, the start time of the restriction, the relevant orders, and customer service communications in chronological order. Don’t simply reply “I didn’t” based on your memory; instead, first confirm which time period and specific action the platform is referring to, and then provide supporting records for verification.
If a field is missing, please inquire officially.
In accordance with the complaint procedures outlined in the notice or contract, please ask the platform to provide specific reasons and verifiable evidence. Save a screenshot of the complaint submission and the receipt number; if there is a deadline, submit the complaint as soon as possible—do not wait until the discussion in the chat group is over before taking action.
