Contract termination affects your ability to continue accepting orders and should not be confused with general customer service issues. When you receive a termination notice, first confirm the appeal deadline and review process provided by the platform, and keep all documents on file.
There is an independent task force
The Ministry of Labor stated that disputes regarding the termination of food delivery service contracts should be referred to an independent review panel for deliberation. The panel shall consist of at least three members, including at least one union representative, with the remaining members serving as external experts and scholars who possess relevant professional expertise and have no conflict of interest with the platform.
Organize the "Three Guarantees" documentation before submitting the application
The first set contains the contract and termination notice; the second set includes orders, chat logs, or on-site records related to the alleged incident; and the third set contains a timeline of inquiries and complaints submitted to the platform. Submitting these with clear filenames and in the correct order is more helpful for review than a large number of screenshots without explanations.
Please note the response deadline
The Ministry of Labor explains that internal complaints and the independent panel each have their own processing deadlines. After submitting a complaint, make a note of the receipt date and the expected method of response. If the platform requests additional documentation, confirm that both the new and existing information have been included in the review.
