The Food Delivery Act Has Taken Effect: Uber Eats Must Pay at Least 45 Yuan Per Order; Discrepancies Will Be Reconciled Every 14 Days
After the Special Law on Food Delivery takes effect on July 21, Uber Eats will list the delivery period and base pay for each order and verify the difference from the statutory minimum guarantee every 14 days. The initial period ends on August 3, and the first adjustment of the difference is scheduled to be credited to delivery partners’ wallets on August 6. Delivery partners should retain records of their working hours and earnings to verify each transaction individually.
