If you have completed a distance learning course but the app shows that you missed a class or your account is still restricted, don’t just keep tapping on the course repeatedly. First, verify which course it is, which academic year it’s from, and whether the platform has received your completion record.
First, figure out which subject you're lacking in.
Write down the course titles, required academic years, and deadlines listed in the platform notifications, and compare them item by item with your own course page. Courses with the same name may have different versions; after switching platforms, do not assume that the new platform will automatically recognize your completion records from the other platform.
Gather the required supporting documents
Save a screenshot of the completion screen, certificate, or email, using a filename that includes the course title and completion date. If the screen shows that you passed the quiz, include that along with your account information and the course version; do not just take a screenshot of the final green checkmark without showing which course it belongs to.
Ask about the findings, not speculate on the causes
Submit proof to the platform’s official support channel and ask them to specify which of the following has not been recognized: the course, the number of hours, account synchronization, or the fiscal year. Also inquire when the restriction will be lifted once the issue is resolved. The Ministry of Labor has requirements for food delivery riders’ training in occupational safety, traffic safety, and food safety; however, the platform must still verify individual completion records based on official data.
